Assessments are in person only. All psychological assessments at HealSpace, both pre-employment and clinical, are done face to face at our clinic: 2nd Floor, Jiao Medical Clinic, Lobrin Subdivision, Brgy. Sico, Lipa City, Batangas.

This assessment is for anyone asked to submit a psychological evaluation as part of a requirement, including:

  • Job applicants whose employer requires a pre-employment psychological assessment.
  • OJT and internship students who need an evaluation before deployment.
  • Students with a school or program requirement.
  • Companies and HR teams who want to refer applicants to a local clinic.

What the assessment covers

Your assessment takes place at our Lipa City clinic and includes:

  • Standardized psychological tests, answered on paper at the clinic.
  • A short interview with our assessment team.
  • A written result you can submit to your employer, school or agency.

If your employer or school specified particular requirements, bring their request form so we can follow it.

  • A valid government ID
